Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data you send through the forms on mehmetbasbug.tr is processed (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Art. 10).

Data controller: Artsürem Bilim Sanat Danışmanlık Bilişim Anonim Şirketi, Oğulbey Mahallesi, Oğulbey Küme Evleri No: 571, Gölbaşı, Ankara, Turkey.

Data processed: the name, email, phone number, city and details about works and photographs you enter, and the files you upload.

Purpose: compiling the catalogue of Mehmet Başbuğ's work, examining the work you report, and contacting you about a certificate or valuation you request. The data is not used for any other purpose and is never sold.

Legal basis: your explicit consent and the handling of your request (Art. 5).

Transfers: the data is stored on the servers of Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and is therefore transferred abroad. Committee members see the information they need for an examination. Order details are shared only for the purposes set out below; no information is shared with anyone else.

Visitor numbers are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.

Print orders: the name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and invoicing details you enter in the order form are processed to receive the order, conclude and perform the sales contract, track payment, issue the invoice and ship the print. Legal basis: conclusion and performance of the contract and Artsürem's legal obligations (Art. 5(2)(c) and (ç)). Name, address and telephone number are passed to the shipping company for delivery, and invoicing details to our accountant. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by law; other order details are deleted once the statutory retention periods have expired.

Retention: for as long as the catalogue project continues. Your data is deleted whenever you ask.
